Phillips Seafood has joined with the Oyster Recovery Partnership to show our support for the Chesapeake seafood industry with a fundraising effort centered around a 12-hour virtual Oyster Shuck-a-Thon and week-long Oyster Celebration menu.
The Phillips culinary team will transform some of the oysters from the Oyster Shuck-a-Thon into specialty dishes showcasing delectable oysters in a wide range of forms, from soups to appetizers to entrées.
Let’s do what Marylanders do best and support local seafood by eating and giving back!
Menu proceeds will benefit the Oyster Recovery Partnership and will be used to foster strong relationships between harvesters and buyers, create seafood awareness initiatives and support shell recycling efforts.
Fried Oysters – beer battered oysters, bacon jam, sriracha aioli 13
Roasted Oysters – garlic butter, white wine, shallots; served with toasted baguette 16
Creole Oyster Stew – fresh shucked oysters, green onions, milk, chili peppers 9
